What information do you need from me to cast my chart?
- Your Month/Day/Year of birth
- Your City & State (or Country) of birth
- Your Hour & Minute of birth, AM or PM
Do you have to see me in person?
No. I work both in person or by phone.
Do you tape the session?
No I don’t. If you want to record your session, please bring a recording device or a phone that records.
Is there a way to find my birthtime if it’s not easily accessible?
Yes. You can check out this website to obtain a copy of your birth certificate (there is a fee). If you were born before 1970 in the United States, however, the time may not be on it. When you order it, be certain to ask for your birth certificate with the time recorded on it. Other countries sometimes will have the recorded birthtime but may not. Other options are to ask your parents or a close relative who was present, check your your baby book or baptismal record or, in some cases, a baby bracelet. You’ll be surprised how many places there are to look!
Can you still give me an astrology reading if I can’t find my birthtime?
Yes, by using a Sunrise chart, but the information and timing will not be as crisp.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, through PayPal.com https://www.paypal.com/us If you’d like to use this service, there is an additional fee of $5.00. Payments may be made to joyce@partnersinhealing.com. Checks and cash, of course, are accepted. Prepayment is required for phone readings.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 48-hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule or ask for half the fee due. Why? Because I do a fair amount of preparation before I ever see you. I also tend to book a couple of weeks ahead and want to be able to accommodate the people who need a reading. Last-minute cancellations don’t allow me to re-book in time.
